one of the most difficult things to know are the idioms, because they don´t have any in common with the language it´s more about the culture. in this post, i would like to show you some of these.

Frog is my throat: Temporary hoarseness caused by a phlegm in the back of the throat.
Eat like a horse: If you eat like a horse, it means that you eat a lot
Cry wolf: To ask for help when you don´t need it.
Raining cats and dogs: It´s raining so much!
Get your goat: make you annoyed or angry.
Live high on the hog: to have a lot of money and live in comfort.
Make a mountain out of a mole hill: to make a slight difficulty seem like a serious problem.
Monkey business: silly or dishonest behaviour.
